Meet Bridgette Gajadhar
Founder of Pons Veritas

My story did not begin in one place. I grew up moving constantly between New York, Florida, and Trinidad, shifting between cultures and learning how different people think, feel, and communicate. I attended twelve schools before I graduated high school, yet I always maintained excellent grades. School became my anchor, the one place where discipline, consistency, and growth belonged entirely to me. Those early years taught me how to adapt quickly, observe deeply, and understand people on a level far beyond what they said out loud.

Work was a part of my life from childhood. I went to work with my mother, watching her negotiate, lead, and communicate with strength and grace. She was one of the best at what she did, and she taught me how to carry myself with confidence, respect, clarity, and empathy. Those lessons shaped my ability to connect with people, and they became the foundation of everything I would later build.

My professional journey was not linear, but every step prepared me for my purpose. I started my career as a pharmacy technician, learning precision, patience, and care in high pressure environments. I worked as a BDC coordinator at Ford, mastering communication and performance. I returned to the medical field in private pharmacy and at Walgreens, still searching for alignment. I sold furniture at Ashley Home Store, learning emotional psychology in decision making. I sold personal and commercial P and C insurance, then worked as an insurance counselor at a brokerage that also protected firefighters.

During that time I earned my Mortgage Loan Officer license and learned about mortgages, financing, and real estate structure. Even with all the growth, something inside me felt unfinished. I realized that I loved insurance because at its core it exists to protect people. So I returned by choice, stepping into the auto damage adjuster and appraiser role at GEICO and later State Farm, negotiating directly with body shops and paying them on behalf of the insurance companies. That role strengthened my negotiation skills, taught me how to stand firm in high pressure situations, and showed me what humanity looks like when people are afraid, overwhelmed, or grieving loss.

Now I am studying home inspection to expand into real estate knowledge and master another level of protecting what matters. Every chapter taught me something about people, communication, psychology, purpose, and resilience. Every experience shaped the leader and creator I am today.

I realized I was not meant to build someone else’s dream forever. I was meant to build something powerful that changes lives. That realization is what birthed Pons Veritas and the Inner Clarity and Self Mastery Series. These books are not theory. They are lived experience, real world application, discipline, healing, spiritual understanding, and everything I learned the hard way.

Pons Veritas means Bridge of Truth. My name is Bridgette, and my entire life I have naturally been a bridge between confusion and clarity, between ignorance and understanding. It is who I am. People have always come to me for guidance, and I can still hear their voices saying, why does no one else speak to me the way you do. The answer is simple. I see people as human first. I treat people the way I want to be treated, and I give people the experience I would want for myself.

All of my customers love me, and I love them just as much. I believe in people. I believe in growth. I believe in purpose. I wrote these books because they are the compilation of my life’s work, all the knowledge and experience I gained, everything I wish I knew before I learned it the hard way. I wrote it all down so that you do not have to walk alone.
